A brief discussion to understand your reason(s) for seeking Physiotherapy services and, most importantly, to see if we would work well together as a team.
Initial Assessment
Length of time: 55 minutes
What to expect:
A thorough assessment to understand the root cause of your movement/pain problem and additional time spent on direct treatment, which may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and/or acupuncture.
Physiotherapy Treatment
Length of time: 30/45/55 minutes
What to expect:
A thorough assessment to understand the root cause of your movement/pain problem. Some treatment(s) may guide the assessment but will not be a primary focus during the session.
