ABOUT
I’ve always loved movement. Growing up, I was involved in relay racing, powerlifting, long-distance running, hiking, horseback riding, and much more.
It seemed, however, that movement didn’t love me. I got injured more times than I can count. Some injuries took a few weeks to recover from. Others took years. I’d often look to the fitness industry for answers, only to return feeling frustrated and often injured worse than before.
Feeling dissatisfied, I wanted to enter a profession where I could share my love of movement with others and help them move and learn about their bodies in ways they never thought possible, so I became a Physiotherapist.
Combining my passion for movement and problem-solving, I chose to gain expertise working with clients with neurological and complex musculoskeletal injuries. I’ve never looked back since.
I use a combination of Bobath, manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription, and soft-tissue release to assess and treat my clients.
